SaaS Go-to-Market Specialist

Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Go-to-Market Specialist to drive the sales and adoption of Salesforce and ServiceNow solutions within our organization. This role will involve close collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop and execute effective strategies that enhance our market presence and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS solutions, with hands-on experience in Salesforce and ServiceNow products, and a proven track record in Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and execution.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement GTM Strategy : Design and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy to increase market share for Salesforce and ServiceNow offerings, aligning with organizational goals.
Sales Enablement : Collaborate with sales teams to provide training, resources, and support. Develop compelling sales materials, presentations, and playbooks tailored to various customer segments.
Market Analysis and Positioning : Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities. Use these insights to refine product positioning and GTM approach.
Product Launch and Campaign Management : Lead new product or feature launches in collaboration with product management and marketing teams. Develop and implement marketing campaigns that effectively communicate value propositions.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on strategy and consistency in customer messaging.
Customer Engagement and Advocacy : Develop customer testimonials, case studies, and success stories to drive customer engagement and showcase product value.
Performance Tracking and Reporting : Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and report on the effectiveness of GTM initiatives, including campaign performance, sales pipeline health, and customer acquisition costs.
Qualifications:
Requirements
Experience : 10+ years of experience in Go-to-Market, product marketing, or sales enablement, with a focus on SaaS platforms; experience with Salesforce and ServiceNow is essential.
Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in Salesforce or ServiceNow are a plus.
Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of Salesforce and ServiceNow ecosystems, with knowledge of CRM and ITSM principles.
Project Management : Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing compelling customer-facing materials.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce or ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator).
Experience in sales operations, customer success, or consulting in a SaaS environment.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
