Senior Business Growth SpecialistAs a senior business growth specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.Opportunity Pursuit:Conduct thorough market research to identify potential target industries and pursue new business opportunities across digital, ATL, BTL, and experiential marketing domains.Client Relationship Management:Develop strategies to grow the agency's client base and expand existing accounts through effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Pitching and Proposals:Prepare compelling business pitches, proposals, and presentations that showcase your understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and brand strategy.Collaboration and Teamwork:Work closely with cross-functional teams to craft tailored solutions for client objectives and drive sales and revenue growth.Negotiation and Contract Management:Negotiate contracts that align with agency goals and profitability while meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.5-8 years of experience in business development or sales within an advertising, marketing, or media agency.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and strategic thinker.
