What is the roles objective?Responsible for Relationship Management and handling Mutual Fund sales through assigned retail channels (Banks, IFA's and National Distributors) in VaranasiDevelop and maintain relationship with clients and all channel partners and increase market share for DSPAMConducting meetings with clients/associates, understanding their needs and provide relevant feedback up the chainResponsible to empanel and activate new distributorsTo build a long term core assets through incremental net salesDevelop and maintain relationship with clients that will generate future sales and repeat businessRefer client feedback and competitor activities and provide quick feedback up the chain in the firm so that the firm can respond to changing market conditions.Assist the team leader/ reporting manager in making presentationsExecute the sales plans and meet the set targetsResponsible for branch targets and driving sales through teamIdentify, hire and nurture talent What skills do you need to possess?NISM – Advisory module qualifiedHas capital market knowledge and relevant experience of the industryMust manage communication to convince within/ outside the firm to accept proposal and programs where there is little interest in cooperating and participating.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) What is the prior experience expected?8 plus years of relevant exposure in financial services industry with good knowledge of the Mutual Fund industry.
