Job Title: Semiconductor Project CoordinatorThe job of a Semiconductor Project Coordinator is to develop, maintain and oversee project schedules for EPC projects in the semiconductor industry. This position ensures timely execution of engineering, procurement, and construction activities by coordinating with various stakeholders including project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and contractors.This role plays a critical part in integrating timelines across multiple workstreams, identifying potential risks, and ensuring adherence to project milestones.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and integrate EPC phases.Monitor critical path, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.Generate weekly/monthly progress reports and look-ahead schedules.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for schedule inputs.Support risk analysis and change management for schedule deviations.E nsure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management.5+ years of experience in project scheduling within EPC or semiconductor industry.Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI.Strong understanding of EPC workflows and semiconductor facility construction.Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and resource loading.Analytical and organizational skills.Effective communication and stakeholder management.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
