They will be instrumental in driving product vision forward while cultivating a high-performing product culture.Develop clear PRDs and RFCs incorporating context, clarity, and structured logicIdentify and prioritize key objectives (and eliminate non-essential tasks) - aligning business needs with strategic objectivesBreak down complex features into manageable sprintable chunks for development teamsCollaborate with support and marketing teams to transform feedback into actionable featuresOversee production deployments and internal communicationsThis leadership position is not suited for coordinators or junior professionals. It demands experienced leaders who can drive fast decision-making, prioritize outcomes, and contribute to building a lasting legacy for our brand.
