Key Finance Leadership RoleThis position plays a vital part in streamlining our transactional processes, ensuring efficient service delivery across the organization. To be successful, you will need to drive innovation, collaborate with key stakeholders, and implement end-to-end solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, have experience working with finance teams, and be proficient in SAP finance modules and advanced Excel. They should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to influence and persuade others.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with global procedures and operating methodologies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of procurement to pay (P2P) processes, using this knowledge to guide the service provider and improve operational efficiency.Oversee vendor management, focusing on metrics and process improvements to increase efficiency.Identify opportunities to automate processes using robotics and bot solutions, driving efficiencies and improving overall performance.Review and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with improved processes and best practices.Monitor service delivery levels, engage with units to improve or sustain them, and validate key performance metrics.Support internal and external audits, providing guidance and resolving audit findings.Provide support and guidance to the business through implementation of standardized processes and controls, monitoring compliance with group policies and procedures.Plan and conduct reviews of financial and operational aspects, identifying control deficiencies and suggesting improvements.RequirementsEssential:Qualified accountant with at least 5 years of experience in P2P, preferably with operational finance exposure. Proficiency in PTP knowledge is required.Semi-qualified Accountant with at least 8 years of accounting and finance experience, including PTP. Preferably with operational finance exposure.Strong leadership skills, experience working with senior finance teams, and the ability to lead and develop remote teams.Non-positional influencing skills, with proficiency in SAP finance modules and advanced Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with English proficiency.Desirable SkillsStrategic thinking and stakeholder management.Proactiveness, analytical, and logical thinking skills.Emotional intelligence and growth mindset.Ability to balance detail-oriented work with a macro perspective.At [Company], we value innovation, excellence, and diversity.
