Senior Director of Quality AssuranceJob Summary:This strategic leader oversees the quality assurance department, ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements across diverse product portfolios.Main Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of analytical testing methodologies for raw materials, intermediates, excipients, APIs, and drug products.Establish specifications, stability programs, trend analyses, and retesting strategies to ensure data integrity and quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) effectively.Provide scientific guidance on investigations and resolution of OOS (Out-of-Specification) and OOT (Out-of-Trend) results while ensuring data accuracy.Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.A minimum of 18–22 years of experience in Quality Control and Analytical Development, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership capacity.Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, ICH, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.Proven expertise in method development, validation, transfer, and technology transfer.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.What We Offer:Competitive compensation package, opportunities for professional growth, and a collaborative work environment that fosters innovation and excellence.
