US Tech Solutions is rated as one of the largest and fastest growing staffing firms in US by Staffing Industry Analysts.About the RoleWe are looking for a proven and highly motivated strategic talent acquisition resource that can hire strategic talent for various open internal corporate roles. The role will require active mapping of quality talent globally with focus on US and hire strategic talent for ongoing needs. The talent needs vary from sales resources, client partners, IT solutions sales resources, recruitment leaders, management roles and various other strategic needs. Please note that this is an in-office role all 5 days a week with some flexibility as needed.Responsibilities- Identify and recruit premium talent for various internal corporate roles.- Ability to network and stay connected with industry thought leaders and SME's.- Create detailed job postings and post them across various platforms like LinkedIn and other job boards.- Qualify candidates nationwide across various skill sets and roles. Should be able to create detailed hiring matrix working with various hiring managers and ensure that all candidates are qualified objectively based on the defined criteria.- Create and maintain candidate pipelines and ongoing communication.- Enter data and all candidate details in our innovative recruitment platform.- Improve your own productivity 2X - 3X using our proprietary AI tools. We would like this resource to be a great example to our client teams in AI adoption to improve recruitment outcomes. So, looking for a creative and innovative resource.- Should be willing to work in the evenings and some weekends to connect with potential candidates as needed due to lack of availability during work times.Required Skills- Minimum 7-10 years of hiring strategic talent for a reputed company preferably in staffing business.- Should have a strong understanding of the staffing industry roles like account executives, account managers, sales leaders and other leadership roles.- Exceptional communication skills required and ability to engage with US based talent in a pro-active way is essential.- Should have detailed experience working on tools like ATS, Job Boards and preferably AI based recruitment technologies. Should be innovative and highly data driven.- Should be willing to adopt to latest recruitment technologies including extensive use of of AI for recruitment.- Should be very detailed and thorough. Need a high level of commitment and hard work to succeed in this role. This role is for highly motivated and driven individual looking to excel in their careers.- Extensive experience sourcing with latest social media platforms like LinkedIn etc.- Effective use of job postings on platforms like LinkedIn and generate quality applicants.- Ability to attract and engage with high quality talent.- High energy and should be able to multi-task.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with targets and goals.- Ability to self-manage time and tasks, including managing multiple concurrent needs.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.- Good understanding of recruitment and sales roles responsibilities.- Some understanding of IT skills will be plus.QualificationsPrefer a bachelor's degree.Preferred SkillsUnderstanding of the various roles and required skillsets for corporate roles for a talent/IT solutions company.Pay range and compensation packageThis role offers competitive base salary plus bonus based on achieved goals.
