We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and build a pipeline of exceptional talent. You'll work closely with leadership to understand business needs and attract top-tier candidates to drive the company forward. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet organizational growth needs. - Oversee full-cycle recruitment and enhance candidate experience. - Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes and identify trends. - Manage employer branding and develop recruitment marketing campaigns. Key Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition Manager or senior recruiting role. - Strong strategic thinking and project management skills. - Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection. - Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
