TAC Security | Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and provide coaching and feedback.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell company products/services.
- Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. Track competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, projections, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the performance of the sales team and provide actionable insights to enhance individual and team performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring resource allocation to high-priority areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
