About the Role
Join our team as a Sales Intern and learn to sell franchises for an innovative hyperlocal business. This role offers the unique opportunity to build your own sales team within two years and handle inbound opportunities. Impress us and you'll fast-track to a full-time Business Development Associate role, growing with a leader in the franchising landscape.

Your Journey
- Month 1:
- 15 days: Training
- 15 days: Warm-up on leads and CRM
- Month 2: Sales targets (2 sales)
- Month 3 onwards: Sales targets (4 sales/month)
What You'll Do
Phase 1 (Month 1)
- Understand the interesting hyperlocal business strategy and create your pitch for local entrepreneurs worldwide.
- Target: Minimum 5 hot prospects within 30 days.
Phase 2 (Month 2 onwards)
- Start pitching and introspecting leads to convert them and build the sales funnel.
- Targets:
- Month 2: 2 sales
- Month 3 onwards: 4 sales/month
PPO & Growth Path
- Meet both phase targets: Direct Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
- Meet Phase 1 but not Phase 2: 3-month extension (higher stipend up to ₹15k).
Full-Time BDA (Post-PPO)
- Annual Income Potential: ₹9 LPA onwards (CTC: ₹4.5 LPA Fixed + ₹4.5 LPA Variable*)
- Retention Bonus: ₹1L after 18 months
- Targets: 4 closures/month
What You'll Learn
- Franchise Sales: You will learn how to sell a business idea by mastering the franchise sales process.
- International Sales: Gain exposure to selling to entrepreneurs in different regions, focusing on markets where quick commerce is an emerging concept.
- Sales Cycle: You will master a two-week sales cycle.
- Incentive Programs: Learn about interesting incentive programs.
- Team Building: Get the opportunity to build and lead your own sales team within two years.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with a natural flair for sales.
- Strong storytelling ability to engage and influence prospects.
- Hunger to hustle and perform in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Savvy, confident communicators who thrive on winning deals.
- Freshers or final-year students eager to launch a career in sales.
- Excellent personal office setup (high-speed internet with laptop/desktop is a must).
- OK with working in PST or other international time zones besides IST.
