Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Location: New Delhi (Onsite working Model)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Extendable)

Availability: Immediate Joiner


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business teams, technical teams, and end-users, to understand and document business requirements in the Agritech domain.
  • Analyze and map business processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing technical solutions.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure technical requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications, user stories, and use cases to support system development and integration.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights that drive business decisions, with a focus on Agritech solutions.
  • Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure that business needs are met before project delivery.
  • Ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and smooth project progress.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Agritech sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of Agritech platforms, data management, and system integration.
  • Proficiency in documenting business processes, technical specifications, and data flows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, creating user stories, and managing product backlogs.
  • Hands-on experience with Agri-data systems, IoT solutions, and precision agriculture technologies is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other project management or collaboration platforms.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Agricultural Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with API integrations and cloud-based Agritech solutions.
  • Knowledge of agricultural processes, technologies, and current trends in the Agritech industry.
