Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to oversee and guide a team of business analysts in gathering requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring effective communication and workflow management. This role involves leadership responsibilities, analytical reporting, governance, and participation in Agile methodologies, with a focus on Java microservices, Kafka, API gateway management, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development within the service industries and possess excellent client interaction skills.Key Responsibilities:Requirement Gathering and Documentation:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD) , Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) and System requirements (NFR).Develop detailed process workflows and ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure adherence to governance standards and best practices.Agile Methodology and Project Management:Participate in Scrum meetings, manage product and sprint backlogs, and create user stories.Coordinate tasks and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.Technical Expertise:Provide technical insights and support related to Java microservices, Kafka and API gateway management.Oversee the implementation and management of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Analytical Reporting and Governance:Develop and deliver analytical reports to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with governance policies and procedures.Product Development:Collaborate with product development teams to define and prioritize product features.Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.Client Interaction:Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.Provide ongoing support and communication to maintain strong client relationships.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst Lead or similar role in the service industries.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum.Proficiency in Java microservices, Kafka, API gateway management, and DevOps practices.Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.Preferred Skills:Certification in Agile, Scrum Master, or related areas.Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools and practices.Familiarity with product development lifecycle and best practices.Work Environment:Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Interaction with diverse teams and clients.
