Job Title : Technical Business Analyst

Location : New Delhi (Onsite working Model)

Duration : 6+ Months Contract (Extendable)

Availability : Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business teams, technical teams, and end-users, to understand and document business requirements in the Agritech domain.
  • Analyze and map business processes , identifying areas for improvement and proposing technical solutions.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure technical requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications, user stories , and use cases to support system development and integration.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights that drive business decisions, with a focus on Agritech solutions .
  • Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure that business needs are met before project delivery.
  • Ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders , ensuring effective communication and smooth project progress.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Agritech sector .
  • Strong technical understanding of Agritech platforms , data management, and system integration.
  • Proficiency in documenting business processes, technical specifications, and data flows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data analysis and reporting .
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, creating user stories, and managing product backlogs.
  • Hands-on experience with Agri-data systems , IoT solutions , and precision agriculture technologies is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA , Confluence , and other project management or collaboration platforms.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Agricultural Technology , Business Administration , or a related field.
  • Experience with API integrations and cloud-based Agritech solutions .
  • Knowledge of agricultural processes, technologies, and current trends in the Agritech industry.
