Job Title: Performance Marketing ManagerJob Summary:The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, andoptimizing digital marketing campaigns focused on driving measurable business outcomessuch as lead generation, sales, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have deepknowledge of paid advertising platforms, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to analyzecampaign performance to maximize ROI.Key Responsibilities:•Plan, develop, and execute performance marketing campaigns across channels such asGoogle Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.•Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA,conversion rates, and ROAS.•Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to informtargeting strategies.•Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to create compelling ad creativesand landing pages.•Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using tools like GoogleAnalytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.•Manage budgets efficiently and allocate spend across campaigns to maximize ROI.•Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising andperformance marketing.•Identify new growth opportunities through testing and scaling of new campaigns.•Support SEO and organic marketing teams with data and insights.Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.•2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing or paidmedia.•Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant ad platforms.•Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, DataStudio, etc.).•Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.•Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.•Results-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding campaign targets.•Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.Personal Attributes:•Strategic thinker with attention to detail.•Data-driven decision-maker.•Adaptable and open to learning new technologies.•Self-motivated and proactive.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹600, ₹800,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):What is your total experience in performance marketing?How proficient are you with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads out of 5?Have you worked with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar analytics platforms?Do you have experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce)?Are you up for 6 days working?How soon you can join?Will you be able to relocate in Surat?Work Location: In person
