**Job Title:** Logistics Project Manager **Overview: We are seeking a skilled project manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of strategic projects in logistics. This role ensures alignment across impacted sites, driving collaboration among cross-functional workstreams in supply chain and digital technology services. **Key Responsibilities: Lead and align a cross-functional project team, including DTS, logistics central support, and site logistics SMEs from both internal teams and third-party partners.Identify and manage change management risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.Provide effective stakeholder management and collaborate closely with the logistics PMO.Drive consistent communication and implementation strategies that balance business continuity with demanding project deadlines.Facilitate decision-making and prioritize trade-offs across cross-functional teams and leadership groups.Monitor project milestones and updates in the target process tool and supporting action-tracking systems. **Requirements:Project Management Experience:- Proven track record of scoping, planning, and executing complex initiatives on time and within budget.Leadership Skills:- Strong leadership in matrixed environments—skilled at driving collaboration and influencing without direct authority.Technical Skills:- Working knowledge of SAP/EWM principles; prior system implementation experience is highly desirable.Operations Knowledge:- Familiarity with warehouse and transportation operations, including WMS and TMS systems. **What We Offer:Travel to warehouse sites may be required during the go-live phase.
