Job Title: Oracle Functional ConsultantHiring for a permanent position in Qatar.Key Responsibilities include:Design & Architecture: Define end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations.Ensure integration with ERP, Payroll, and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS.Design scalable solutions for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruiting modules.Implementation & Delivery: Lead full lifecycle implementations: requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live.Develop technical components including HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI, HDL/HSDL loaders, and Fast Formulas.Oversee data migration strategies and ensure compliance with security standards.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business teams to align HCM processes with organizational goals.Provide guidance to functional and technical teams during project execution.Performance & Optimization: Conduct system health checks and recommend optimizations.Implement best practices for reporting and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher.
