The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in integration, configuration, and system administration within LMS, as well as excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.The successful candidate will be required to work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver LMS solutions that meet organizational learning and compliance needs.Requirements:Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS.At least 2 end-to-end LMS implementations.Strong LMS implementation experience.Knowledge of Employee Central, Reporting, and Admin tools.Hands-on experience in integration, configuration, and system administration within LMS.Experience with content management, certifications, learning paths, and compliance training.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
