Job Description:


Optimaio is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with a minimum of one year of experience in managing Meta and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and e-commerce brands. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:


• Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.

• Monitor and analyze ad performance, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs for Direct-to-Consumer and e-commerce brands.

• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to drive the best results.

• Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop assets that align with campaign objectives.

• Provide detailed performance reports, analyze data, and offer insights for continuous improvement.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, advertising platforms, and industry standards.


Requirements:


• Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing, specifically on Meta and Google Ads.

• Proven track record of managing successful campaigns for D2C and e-commerce brands.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Experience with KPI metrics.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads platform, and similar.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills:


• Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.

• Experience in SEO and content marketing.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
