Job Description:

Optimaio is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with a minimum of one year of experience in managing Meta and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and e-commerce brands. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.• Monitor and analyze ad performance, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs for Direct-to-Consumer and e-commerce brands.• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to drive the best results.• Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop assets that align with campaign objectives.• Provide detailed performance reports, analyze data, and offer insights for continuous improvement.• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, advertising platforms, and industry standards.

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing, specifically on Meta and Google Ads.• Proven track record of managing successful campaigns for D2C and e-commerce brands.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.• Experience with KPI metrics.• Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads platform, and similar.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.• Experience in SEO and content marketing.• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
