We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer with strong technical knowledge and proven sales expertise to develop business, manage client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities in target industrial sectors.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demos.
  • Coordinate with engineering & production teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical/industrial sales.
  • Strong understanding of industrial products and processes.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Karnataka and neighboring regions.

Preferred Skills

  • Industrial B2B sales experience.
  • Ability to read CAD drawings & technical specifications.
  • Problem-solving and customer service orientation.
