Capital Wallet is a global cryptocurrency solution provider which offers an ecosystem to accept virtual currencies with a mission is to bring financial freedom to businesses around the world by offering secure, fast, and convenient cryptocurrency payment solutions. Capital Wallet started its operations in early 2021 in Australia and is authorized to provide Virtual Currencies Services under the AUSTRAC registration. Having offices in Adelaide/Australia, London/UK, Athens/Greece, and Chandigarh/India, Capital Wallet aims to grow the teams, expand its operations and be the hub for both retail and institutional crypto services.
About the Role:
As a Senior B2B Business Development Executive, you will drive revenue growth and build strategic relationships with clients in the fintech and payments sectors. This role focuses on researching, nurturing, and converting B2B leads into long-term partnerships, while positioning Capital Wallet as a trusted crypto payment provider. You will play a vital role in developing and executing business strategies to achieve sales targets, expand the client base, and support the company’s market presence.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify new business opportunities, nurturing potential clients through targeted prospecting.
Develop a pipeline of high-quality leads by leveraging industry insights, networking, and strategic resources.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance Capital Wallet’s reputation and generate ongoing revenue.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and promote Capital Wallet’s offerings as a value-adding solution.
Create and implement an effective business development strategy that aligns with sales objectives and targets.
Propose innovative approaches to business expansion through market analysis and partnership opportunities.
Represent Capital Wallet at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and identify potential clients.
Utilize appropriate digital tools, marketing channels, and resources to expand client acquisition.
Develop compelling business proposals and customized contracts that align with client needs, increasing revenue potential.
Negotiate terms effectively to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Gather and review client feedback regularly, briefing the product team on new client requirements, pain points, and potential market gaps.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to suggest relevant product upgrades or added services that align with client needs.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to formulate and implement new business development initiatives.
Support product team discussions by providing insights on market trends and client expectations.
Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients to assess needs and present Capital Wallet’s solutions.
Coordinate with the Marketing team to enhance the company’s branding and professional image across various platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the fintech or payments industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and strategic growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools.
Strong analytical mindset to understand market trends and client needs.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive product relevance and client engagement.
Proficient in MS-Office to prepare sales presentations and business proposals.
