The ideal candidate is a good communicator, solution-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service.Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional mannerResolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure full resolutionMaintain customer records by updating account informationGuide customers on product/service usage and troubleshoot basic issuesCoordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, etc.) for issue resolutionProvide feedback on recurring issues to help improve products and processesMaintain service levels (TAT, resolution quality, etc.) and handle escalations professionallyRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in any disciplineExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and patienceProficiency in MS Office and ability to learn CRM toolsPrior experience in a customer-facing role is a plusWillingness to work in shifts (if required)
