Work Experience – 15 – 20 Years (Minimum 10 years in wind projects)
Qualification – BE (Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical)
The detailed Key deliverables are as under;
Key Objective of the role is to deliver the project as per contractual timeline, cost and Margin. End to end Responsibility – From Order Receipt to Contract closure, by ensuring Project Delivery, Project Cash Flow and P&L.
Stakeholders’ management – Customer, vendor, statutory/Govt, Locals, CFT Teams & Culture building
Responsible to Implement HSE, Quality and ESG standards & Policies of Suzlon and ensure contractual obligations.
Prepare Order receipt guidelines and Check list for Order acceptance.
Ensure all project functions are aware and accountable to deliver as per contract terms.
Project Execution : Completion within budgeted cost, time. HOTO to OMS & Customer.
Contract management : Zero LD and timely contractual communications.
Ensure project is Cash positive across project lifecycle & Maintain monthly NOWC (this is in line with Cash Flow agreed at the time of contract handover).
Vendor management – Ensure payments are made- only when associated activity/milestone has been accepted by client and associated invoices has been raised. Maintain good relations with vendors.
Design Review mechanism with vendors to ensure project deliveries are meeting contractual milestones.
Implement and improve margin through cost optimization measures.
Explore opportunity for additional revenue through additional scope, services, or claims.
Manage all ESG risk through developers affecting the project delivery.
Customer Satisfaction : Maintain relations with customer at all levels.
Inculcate Safety & Quality culture – Zero fatal accidents, First time right & minimal COPQ.
To promote performance culture in the team by timely recognition, Training to bring rigor in cost & time efficiency.
Support developer in managing External & Project boundary management Drive people engagement to enhance performance level.The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
