Project Director

Welcome to Suzlon Group, a leading manufacturer of wind turbines and renewable energy solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Director to join our team.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop Project Timeline: Establish and maintain realistic project timelines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
• Manage Project Deliverables: Oversee the delivery of high-quality project results, meeting client expectations and contractual requirements.
• Communicate Project Progress: Provide regular updates to stakeholders, clients, and project team members, ensuring transparency and open communication.
• Counsel Project Team Members: Coach and support team members in their roles, providing guidance and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Degree Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, project planning, and management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
