From event logistics to employee storytelling, you’ll help make sure every idea turns into a meaningful experience.Your day could include:Planning, scheduling, and coordinating internal events, celebrations, and engagement activities (virtual/in-office)Managing invites, checklists, logistics, and on-ground execution for seamless deliveryCollaborating with vendors, facilities, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to bring events and initiatives to lifeHosting or anchoring internal events and drives as neededSupporting in drafting internal communication content—including invites, teasers, updates, recaps, scripts, and announcementsHelping manage and update internal communication channels like the intranet, chat platforms, or dashboardsMaintaining and updating trackers, reports, and culture dashboardsMonitoring employee feedback platforms (e.g., Glassdoor, AmbitionBox) and supporting engagement reportingCapturing photos, videos, and stories from events and office moments for internal and social media useCoordinating employee video bytes, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes contentGathering and documenting employee feedback to improve workplace experiencesSupporting culture initiatives like theme days, festivals, recognition campaigns, and volunteering programsSharing fresh ideas to make internal communication more creative, inclusive, and funThe Journey AheadQuick Chat: HR connects to understand your background and motivationsSkill Dive: Short writing or coordination task to see your approachFinal Round: Discussion with the Communication & Culture teamLife at DamcoFounded in 1996, Damco Solutions is a global technology company driving digital transformation, IT services, and consulting.
