Key Responsibilities Handle soft client calls for coordination, follow-ups, and support. Manage and respond to daily emails professionally and promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions using internal tools or CRM systems. Ensure smooth client servicing and timely communication. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Support weekend client coordination and calls, as per requirements. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Professional, organized, and customer-focused approach. Comfortable working weekends with compensatory weekday off.
