Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly driven Corporate Development professional to help shape and execute our growth strategy. This role will work directly with the founder's to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic opportunities including acquisitions, partnerships, and investments. You will operate end-to-end—from sourcing opportunities to closing deals and supporting integration—in a fast-paced startup environment.What You’ll DoDrive Inorganic GrowthSource and evaluate acquisition, partnership, and strategic investment opportunitiesBuild financial models and business cases to assess ROI, synergies, and risksConduct market, competitor, and target company analysisExecute TransactionsLead diligence across financial, commercial, operational, and legal areasCoordinate closely with founders, functional leads, and external advisorsSupport deal structuring, negotiations, and closing activitiesOwn transaction timelines and key deliverablesWork Closely with LeadershipPrepare concise materials for leadership and board discussionsAct as a thought partner to founders on growth strategy and capital allocationSupport fundraising, investor diligence, and strategic planning as neededPost-Deal Integration & ImpactHelp plan and execute post-acquisition integrationTrack performance, synergy realization, and post-deal KPIsIdentify lessons learned and continuously improve the M&A playbookWhat We’re Looking ForExperience3–7+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or strategic financeDirect experience evaluating and executing M&A or strategic transactionsExperience in a startup or high-growth company is a strong plusSkillsStrong financial modeling and valuation skillsStructured, first-principles thinker with strong business judgmentComfortable with ambiguity and limited processAbility to move quickly while maintaining high quality and attention to detailStrong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholdersWhy This Role Is DifferentHigh ownership and visibility—work directly with founders and exec teamOpportunity to build the corporate development function from the ground upMeaningful impact on company strategy and long-term growthBroad exposure beyond M&A, including partnerships, fundraising, and strategy
