Active Directory

(Primary)


  • Working experience on AD users and computers.
  • Promoting/ Demoting servers to Domain Controllers
  • FSMO role management (transfer/seize)
  • Troubleshooting AD replication issues
  • Troubleshoot DNS Service and DNS resolution issues
  • PowerShell Scripting
  • Managing user accounts (human accounts, system accounts)
  • Creating and Managing complex Group Policies
  • Troubleshoot Active Diretory Forest trust issues
  • Troubleshooting authentication/ latency issues
  • Work cross functional with other teams to drive initiatives
  • Developing comprehensive test cases to include testing scenarios for both normal and degraded (e.g., disaster recovery, continuity of operations, data recovery/spills, ) operations, pass/fail criteria, performance criteria, capacity planning, measurement criteria, results analysis procedures, and results/status reporting criteria
  • Familiar with PowerShell scripting
  • Maintenance and support of public key infrastructure (PKI), related hardware, and technologies including maintaining a role separated administration environment
  • Maintenance and support of DNS and WINS

Fixing sync issues and duplicate issues

Hands on PKI, AD RAP (Risk Assessment Program), Key Management Server (KMS), Remote Desktop services (RDS),


Good-to-Have

Should have Experience in IT Service organization

Conversant with Incident management tools

ITIL Knowledge



Minimum Qualification:

15 years of full-time education
