Leading Senior Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our company. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-growth role, work with leaders, and help shape the systems and team culture from the ground up.You will manage full-cycle accounting for U.S. clients, oversee tax filings (including K-1s and foreign partner structures), run payroll, support entity setup (LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp), and create scalable systems that will support the company's expansion. As the business grows, you will take the lead in hiring, training, and developing a full accounting team.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild the Accounting department from the ground up, including future hiring and trainingDevelop scalable workflows, systems, and SOPsIntroduce automation tools and process improvements to increase efficiencyProvide leadership, mentorship, and performance guidance as the team expandsPlay a key strategic role in the company's rapid growth and operational infrastructureAccounting and Tax ExperienceOversee daily and monthly accounting operations for multiple U.S. entitiesManage general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, accruals, and reportingPrepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsEstablish internal controls to ensure accuracy and complianceTax Preparation and CompliancePrepare and file federal and state tax returns (1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065)Prepare K-1s, including for foreign partnersHandle quarterly estimated taxes and compliance calendarsFile payroll taxes, W-2s, 941/940, 1099-NEC, and 1096 formsReview and respond to IRS or state notices when neededEnsure IRS and GAAP compliance in all accounting work
