TVS Digital is a wholly owned subsidiary of TVS Motor Company (India) and has also currently invested in several early-stage high tech start-ups globally in areas of connected manufacturing, fleet management and credit services.Job Description: Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end implementation, customization, and support of SAP FI/CO modules.Manage and mentor a team of SAP FICO consultants and analysts.Collaborate with business process owners to gather requirements, analyze financial processes, and translate them into SAP solutions.Design and develop configuration and enhancements for SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis).Ensure integration between SAP FI/CO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.) as well as non-SAP systems.Lead system testing, data migration, training, and post-implementation support activities.Provide guidance on best practices and continuous improvement in SAP financial processes.Handle project management activities including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.Drive compliance with corporate financial standards and regulatory requirements.Troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective resolutions.Engage with stakeholders across finance, IT, and external vendors for smooth project delivery.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 10 years of SAP FICO experience with a proven track record of leading implementations.Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, business processes, and statutory regulations.Expertise in SAP FI modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting.Expertise in SAP CO modules: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis.Experience in integrating SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third-party applications.Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to analyze complex business processes and design effective SAP solutions.Project management experience is highly desirable.SAP certification in FICO modules preferred.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to lead and inspire teams.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
