Store Officer For Bio-fertilizer Co's at Panoli Gujarat Male only

Key Responsibilities:To maintain Store, Warehouse and Semi-Finished, Finished Goods area clean and presentable for audit.Receiving of Raw materials and Packing materials and Prepare Goods receipt Note (GRN)Dispensing and issue of Raw materials and Packing materials to production and Packing department as per respective Batch manufacturing and Packing record.To follow Good Documentation practices and safety instructions & ensure compliance while working in warehouse.Filling the Equipment Logbooks and area logbooks and entries in Batch manufacturing and Packing record after dispensing.Physical verification of stocks as per SOPsPrepare packing list and dispatch plan for Finished Goods and dispatch of Finished Goods.Handling of Damaged, Rejected and Expired materials in warehouse.Follow up with purchase and commercial department for disposal of non moving, obsolete and rejected raw and packing materials.Posting and Transaction of materials in ERP system.Please note that the responsibilities listed in this job description are not exhaustive. Dispatch- Delievery Challan, PO, Invoice, GRN working exp is mandatory.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Understanding of inward/outward processes (advantageous).
