Store Officer For Bio-fertilizer Co's at Panoli Gujarat Male only

Key Responsibilities:

• To maintain Store, Warehouse and Semi-Finished, Finished Goods area clean and presentable for audit.
• Receiving of Raw materials and Packing materials and Prepare Goods receipt Note (GRN)
• Dispensing and issue of Raw materials and Packing materials to production and Packing department as per respective Batch manufacturing and Packing record.
• To follow Good Documentation practices and safety instructions & ensure compliance while working in warehouse.
• Filling the Equipment Logbooks and area logbooks and entries in Batch manufacturing and Packing record after dispensing.
• Physical verification of stocks as per SOPs
• Prepare packing list and dispatch plan for Finished Goods and dispatch of Finished Goods.
• Handling of Damaged, Rejected and Expired materials in warehouse.
• Follow up with purchase and commercial department for disposal of non moving, obsolete and rejected raw and packing materials.
• Posting and Transaction of materials in ERP system.

• Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
• Coordinate travel, meetings, appointments, courier services, and dispatch.
• Communicate effectively via email, phone, and in-person.
• Manage petty cash, expenses, invoices, payroll, benefits, and HR tasks.
• Support events and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare NRGP/RGP

Skills:

• 1-3 year of Store & Dispatch, administrative experience.
• Proficient in MS Office- Excle Sheet working must and Google Suite.
• Stock Management, Inventory, Packing Materials knowledge are must. Dispatch- Delievery Challan, PO, Invoice, GRN working exp is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Understanding of inward/outward processes (advantageous).
