Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Lead to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Analyse customer inputs and understand requirements to design systems, develop software concepts and third-party interfaces.Raise technical queries and perform I/O to controller assignment.Develop system designs, SW libraries, project-specific SW typicals and internal test plans.Perform internal testing, third-party interface testing, FAT with customers and integrated testing between SW & HW.Develop as-built documentation, SAT plans, perform startup and commissioning support.Technical Skills and Qualifications:Project execution cycle knowledgeDCS logic/graphic development & testingDetailed knowledge of Function Block Diagram, Sequential Flow chart, Ladder LogicAbility to recognise and respond to dynamic demandsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work in multicultural virtual environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Quality Control & Assurance:Implementation of EEEC IMS processes/documentationAdherence to WA quality requirements and Customer's regulatory guidelinesPromotion of First Time Right approach
