Business Program Development Manager

Job OverviewThe Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of client skills development programs across a specific geographical area.Strategically manages program implementation, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of key performance indicators.Serves as the primary liaison between clients and partner entities, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and providing necessary resources and support.Monitors and analyzes program performance against established KPIs, implementing strategies to address gaps or areas for improvement.Ensures internal processes are aligned with stakeholder needs, utilizing RACI matrices to inform decision-making.Collaborates closely with content and credentialing teams to ensure program offerings meet high standards for content quality and credentialing criteria.Gathers and synthesizes feedback from partners and participants to inform continuous program improvement.Presents regular reports on program status, challenges, and achievements to senior management and relevant stakeholders.Required Skills and QualificationsProgram Management: Self-organized, problem-solving, and able to manage multiple workstreams and priorities. Learning: Sound knowledge of instructional design, program development, analytics, learning technology, and learning principles. Relationship with partner organizations: Strong professionalism and stakeholder management skills, experience working with educational establishments, non-profit enterprises, government agencies, and training providers. General Skills: Minimum 8 years' experience in program management/consulting, digital learning transformation, online learning platforms, digital credentials, strong communication skills, strategic thinking, project management expertise, work ethic, self-motivation, organizational skills, customer/partner relationship skills, and ability to adapt to different environments and cultures.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic partnerships with clients and partner entities.Manage program implementation, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of key performance indicators.Collaborate closely with content and credentialing teams to ensure program offerings meet high standards for content quality and credentialing criteria.Present regular reports on program status, challenges, and achievements to senior management and relevant stakeholders.Qualifications and ExperienceA bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum 8 years' experience in program management/consulting, digital learning transformation, online learning platforms, digital credentials, strong communication skills, strategic thinking, project management expertise, work ethic, self-motivation, organizational skills, customer/partner relationship skills, and ability to adapt to different environments and cultures.
