The Bank offers a wide range of cards designed for the customers’ specific needs along with offering POS services under the Acquiring business vertical within the cards team. The department is also responsible for driving growth in the UPI payments space

About   the   Role

The Debit Cards Portfolio Manager is responsible for developing and initiating portfolio management strategy to drive increase in billings, ANR and revenue across all card products. The Portfolio Manager is also responsible for managing the customer life cycle and for driving profitability of the portfolio of the retail credit card portfolio

Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for driving spends and activity on the retail credit card portfolio that meets the overall debit cards business objectives of Axis Bank

· Develop and initiate portfolio management strategy to drive increase in billings, ANR and revenue across all card products

· Conduct regular portfolio performance analysis across the retail debit card portfolio to identify profitable products and segments

· Identify untapped growth segments and develop targeted offerings to increase level of engagement across all card products

· Conduct regular competitor analysis, identify and implement new products and services to drive interest and fee revenues

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

· Graduate / Post graduate with 2-3 yrs of relevant work experience

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

Knowledge of industry, technology, marketing, and product trends Good understanding of Credit Cards, Unsecured & Secured Asset product & understanding on Liabilities side of banking Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language Ability to manage complex client situations Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
