It empowers leading companies with limitless opportunities to operate agile businesses and drive productivity.Your RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with expertise in the Microsoft technology stack to drive performance optimization for our software products. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing system architecture, identifying performance bottlenecks, and implementing scalable solutions to enhance application speed, reliability, and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring best practices are followed in design, development, and deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture and Design:Lead performance optimization initiatives across the software product lifecycle.  Analyze system architecture and identify performance bottlenecks in applications, databases, and infrastructure.  Design and implement high-performance, scalable, and reliable solutions using the Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET, Azure, SQL Server, Angular JS and Angular etc.).  Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and system documentation.  Technical Evaluation:Conduct technology evaluations and execute proof-of-concepts (POCs) to assess feasibility and recommend suitable solutions for the organization's needs.  Work closely with other architects to review and evaluate existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and propose necessary changes.  Optimize database queries, indexing strategies, and caching mechanisms to improve response times.  Proficiency in designing scalable, distributed, and resilient architectures.  Collaboration:Collaborate on the development of architectural guidelines, patterns, and best practices.  Collaborate with developers to ensure efficient coding practices and adherence to architectural principles.  Compliance:Conduct performance profiling, tuning, and load testing to enhance system performance.  Ensure adherence to security, scalability, and high-availability principles in architecture.  Work with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and enhance deployment efficiency.  Technical Leadership:Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.  Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to performance engineering.  Identify, develop and mentor junior architects in the team.  Required Skills & Experience:8+ years of experience in software development and architecture with a focus on performance optimization.  Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies including C#, .NET Core/Framework, SQL Server, Azure services and Angular front end.  Experience with performance profiling tools such as ReSharper/dotTrace, or Visual Studio Profiler.  Strong knowledge of database optimization techniques, indexing, and query tuning.  Hands-on experience in cloud-based performance tuning and optimizations (on-premises and cloud).  Familiarity with DevOps (Azure VM's, VMSS and DB's), CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.  Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.  Excellent communication and leadership abilities to drive architectural decisions and mentor teams.  Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum etc. and tools like JIRA/HP ALM.  Preferred Qualifications:Engineering Graduate with software solution design experience.  Experience in managing Monolithic & Microservices architectures.  Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques (React, Angular, or Blazor).  Certification in Microsoft Azure Solutions Architecture or equivalent.  Experience with AI-driven performance optimization strategies.  Why Join Us?Be part of a company that drives the digital transformation of the engineering and construction industry.  Contribute to building a more efficient and sustainable future.  Structured onboarding and networking opportunities.  Modern work environment with flexible work arrangements, including hybrid options.  Opportunities for career development and training within the RIB Group and Schneider Electric.  Work in a place where your ideas are valued.
