Role Objective
This is a remote internship role for a Growth Specialist at Autonmis. As our Growth Specialist, you will spearhead organic growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engage communities, and generate buzz. This role demands creativity, hands-on execution, and a focus on results without heavy reliance on paid channels.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Organic Growth: Build scalable acquisition strategies via content marketing, SEO, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Engage Communities: Participate in relevant forums (Slack, Reddit, LinkedIn), delivering value to founders, growth teams, and data professionals.
- Optimise Conversion Funnels: Test and iterate on waitlist and activation flows to maximize signups.
- Content Creation: Develop high-impact blogs, case studies, and actionable posts tailored to startups and non-technical teams.
- Leverage Proof of Concept: Showcase how Autonmis solves real-world data challenges, using demos or storytelling.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience growing 0-1 products, preferably SaaS or data tools.
- Proven ability to execute organic growth strategies (provide examples).
- Hands-on skills with content creation, SEO, and conversion optimisation.
- Strong communicator with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
- Bonus: Experience building a waitlist or community from scratch.
Proof of Work
- Submit a brief example of an organic growth initiative you led and its impact (e.g., % increase in signups, waitlist growth).
- Be ready to outline a low-cost strategy for building buzz and acquiring early users for Autonmis.
