Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development / Business Development Manager to join our team. This role involves generating new leads, setting up meetings with CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and decision-makers, participating in proposal writing, and engaging in RFP processes. You will also be part of strategic initiatives to scale our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients.
Develop strategies to generate new leads through networking, social media, email campaigns, and cold calling.
Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system.
2. Client Meetings:
Schedule and coordinate meetings between founders and key decision-makers.
Prepare meeting materials and follow up on outcomes.
Proposal Writing and RFP Participation:
3. Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
4. Business Forums and Events:
Participate in business forums and events such as VC Circle, Tech HR, People Matters, etc.
Network with key stakeholders and promote our services.
5.Strategic Initiatives:
Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at scaling the business.
Participate in the development and launch of new HR tech products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
Proven experience in sales development or business development, preferably in the executive search or recruitment industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
