Senior Tax ProfessionalWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading tax preparation and review projects.Main Responsibilities:Lead tax preparation and review projects for Pass-Through entities (1065, 1120S) and C-Corporations (1120).Maintain in-depth knowledge of US Federal, State taxes and International Taxes, as well as issues impacting Pass-Through entities and C-Corporations.Manage staff on engagement deliverables and ensure quality control standards are met.Develop and train staff members to improve their skills and performance.Requirements:8+ years minimum experience in Pass-Through entity (1065, 1120S) Income Tax Compliance preparation and review or Experience in U.S. C-Corporation Income Tax Compliance (preparation and review).Proficient in any of the taxation tools, preferably CCH.Excellent communication and leadership skills.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.A competitive compensation package.
