Job Title: Senior Pricing StrategistJob Description:This seasoned professional will spearhead the company's transfer pricing function globally, ensuring compliance with international regulations and developing tax-efficient strategies.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive transfer pricing documentation, including Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reports.Cultivate and manage the end-to-end documentation process to guarantee reports are accurate and complete.Analyze and prepare transfer pricing models and benchmarks to validate intercompany pricing arrangements.Promote rigorous compliance with international and local transfer pricing laws to minimize tax risks and exposures worldwide.Maintain a thorough understanding of global tax laws and regulations.Formulate and execute intercompany agreements to ensure pricing terms align with the company's transfer pricing policies.Manage intercompany transactions and document them properly.Serve as a key advisor to senior management on complex transfer pricing matters.Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's global transfer pricing strategy.Qualifications & Experience:Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in transfer pricing, international tax, or finance.Expert Knowledge: Deep practical experience with global transfer pricing documentation requirements.Technical Proficiency: Extensive familiarity with the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and related global transfer pricing regulations.Skills: Strong analytical, financial modeling, and research skills.Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law.
