Financial Operations LeaderWe seek an experienced finance leader to oversee comprehensive financial operations, ensuring robust tax compliance and providing actionable insights for strategic growth.This role demands deep expertise in taxation policies, including IRS guidelines, deductions, credits, and filings.Key Responsibilities:Lead the preparation of accurate financial statements under US GAAP, conduct variance analysis, and deliver monthly/quarterly reports to leadership.Develop and implement tax strategies, planning, compliance, and filings for federal, state, sales/use, payroll, and property taxes; optimize liabilities through credits, deductions, and transfer pricing while mitigating audit risks.Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, internal/external audits, and internal controls; identify cost savings and process improvements.Supervise accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/accounts receivable, payroll, inventory, and reconciliations using ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks.Collaborate with executives on M&A due diligence, financial modeling, and strategic advisory; mentor finance teams and ensure cross-functional alignment.
