We are seeking  Regional Business Managers in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Mumbai responsible for  Project Sales through Architects and Influencers and  Dealer Development and Channel Sales in your assigned City and Territory.You will be responsible for managing the sales activities and driving revenues for the company's outdoor premium furniture range of products in the City, state, and assigned geographic region. You will focus on building and maintaining relationships with architects, dealers, hotels, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) to generate new business opportunities and achieve revenue goals. You will also be responsible for managing and leading the sales team in the region.Roles & Responsibilities :- You will be selected to sell either  a Premium range of  outdoor furnitureDevelop  Dealers and grow sales through Influencers. Support in the Development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities with architects, dealers, hotels, and HNIs. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, dealers, hotels, and HNIs in the region. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reportsto management. Manage and lead the sales team in the region, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high conversion & sales targets are met. Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the region and provide feedback to the relevant departments. Manage the budget for the region, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the region and develop plans to capitalize on them. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services. Continuously improve self-sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development. Desired candidates Profile:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Experience of 8- 15 years of experience in sales of Building materials or Furniture, Interiors exteriors, etc.Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding salestargets. Experience working with architects, dealers, hotels, or HNIs is a plus.Presentable and Fluent in EnglishMust have cracked top architectsProactive approachExcellent Skill-WillSelf-driven.Physical Requirements: Display high work commitment whenever required. Ability to travel within the regionOutcome:Competency :Follow - Sales in a Process-driven mannerAbility to Develop People / Analytical Skill - PMS & TrainingFlexibility / Adaptability / Calm under pressureCommunication - Fluent in English , HindiEntrepreneurial Orientation / Seize profitable business opportunitiesEnthusiasm/energy / Aggressive/proactiveTeamwork along Team & Peers - Sales is a processCompany Profile : Our Client is a group of companies, with over two decades of experience, was established in 1987 as a timber fenestration provider and since then the company has consistently excelled in catering to major projects pan-India & Overseas.
