Job Opportunity:Job Title: HCM Technical Specialist Overview:We are seeking an experienced HCM Technical Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in HCM extract, API integration, and data conversion.  Key Responsibilities:Design and implement efficient HCM extract processes.Develop and maintain APIs for seamless integration with other systems.Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.Provide training and support to end-users on HCM tools and features.Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM tools and technologies. Requirements:8+ years of experience in HCM technical roles.Hands-on expertise with Oracle HCM tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL.Optional experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a strong advantage.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Familiarity with Mulesoft and its application in HCM integration. What We Offer:A dynamic work environment that encourages innovation and collaboration.
