Oracle HCM Consultant Job OpportunityAre you a detail-oriented and organized professional seeking a challenging role that utilizes your expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules?We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. As an integral part of our implementation and support team, you will be responsible for collaborating with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL.Perform end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM.Conduct functional testing, prepare test scripts, and support UAT.Provide post-go-live support and handle change requests.Work with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizations.Ensure compliance with data privacy and localization requirements.Requirements:7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.Strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles.Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.Understanding of HR processes and policies.Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports is a plus.Strong communication, documentation, and client interaction skills.Preferred Skills:Core HRPayroll (Country-specific)Absence ManagementOTLTalent Management / Recruitment / PerformanceBenefits & CompensationWhy Join Us?Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
