You will be responsible for running structured outreach campaigns, generating interest, and booking meetings. Additionally, you will share Haply's value proposition clearly, highlighting how our platform solves daily problems for our customers.We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven, with a strong ability to learn and adapt quickly. Previous sales or outreach experience, particularly in B2C or B2 nonprofit settings, would be highly valued. Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, CRM tools, and other communication platforms is also essential.Your Responsibilities:Reach out to homeowners, HOA boards, and local communities through calls, texts, and emails.Run structured outreach campaigns to generate interest and book meetings.Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.Support basic outreach marketing activities such as sending email sequences, posting in local community groups, and identifying new channels to reach customers.Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding.Track metrics for conversions, follow-ups, and customer feedback.Your Qualifications:Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent.Self-driven and eager to learn the sales process in a fast-growing startup.Familiar with WhatsApp, email, CRM tools, and other communication platforms.About Working at Haply:You will be part of a small team that believes in fast execution, high ownership, and clear communication.
