Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre in Mumbai. This full-time, mid-level position calls for a professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role who can manage various administrative and coordinative functions efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in company secretarial work and executive calendar management.Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in company secretarial work, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping (Mandatory skill).Skillful in executive calendar management, adept at optimizing schedules to enhance productivity (Mandatory skill).Experience as an executive assistant, capable of providing high-level support in decision-making processes (Mandatory skill).Advanced skills in executive administrative assistance, ensuring the smooth operation of daily functions.Demonstrated ability in team leadership, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.Proficient in coordinating various departmental activities and events efficiently.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse groups.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.Roles and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and maintain executive schedules, ensuring timely preparation for meetings and events.Facilitate effective communication and documentation, acting as a liaison between departments.Assist in the development and implementation of departmental goals, procedures, and strategic plans.Oversee administrative functions to streamline workflow and optimize efficiency within the department.Provide comprehensive support to executives in decision-making by providing relevant data and reports.Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely completion of projects and initiatives.Identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions to enhance departmental performance.Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data handled within the department.
