We are currently seeking an experienced T24 developer with expertise in code review to join our growing technology team.Key Responsibilities:Coding Standards and Review: Ensure all InfoBasic programs and T24 routines adhere to coding standards, naming conventions, and industry best practices.Peer Review: Perform comprehensive peer reviews to enhance reliability, performance, and maintainability of core banking customizations.Database Query Optimization: Review and optimize complex database queries, analyzing performance impact based on table and dataset volumes.Code Readability and Refactoring: Evaluate code readability, design, and complexity; suggest refactoring when required.Logging and Data Validation: Ensure proper logging, data validation, archival mechanisms, and exception handling, especially for financial transactions and interfaces.Unit and Functional Testing: Verify presence and quality of unit and functional tests to minimize regression risk before deployment.Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing: Provide constructive feedback and mentor junior developers, contributing to continuous improvement of coding guidelines.Requirements:Minimum 7 years of strong experience in InfoBasic, jBASE, and T24 local development (routines, versions, OFS/TC routines, file handling).Solid understanding of T24 functionalities, core banking processes, and common tables.Hands-on experience with Git or similar version control systems and modern code review workflows (branches, pull requests).Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, QA teams, and release management.Skills and Qualifications:Experience with OpenShift is an added advantage.Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to work with experienced professionals in the field, contribute to cutting-edge projects, and develop your skills in banking software development.
