Deep language model training is a highly specialized field that requires expertise in coding languages such as Bash/Shell, Rust, and SQL. At our organization, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced coding models.The primary responsibilities of this role include creating and executing strategies to train, fine-tune, and evaluate large language models (LLMs) for specific use cases. This involves preprocessing data, developing training pipelines, debugging issues, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of AI researchers and developers to refine model performance.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting/Rust/SQL programming languages, experience in building, fine-tuning, and training LLMs for specific use cases, and strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in AI/ML model development. Additionally, at least 3 years of professional experience with any of the above languages relevant to LLM training, coding, or software development is required. A relevant degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a similar field; advanced degrees (MS/PhD) are preferred. Experience with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) is considered a plus.This is a remote, contract role that offers the opportunity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
