Contribute regularly to the organization's thought leadership by enhancing the brand as a trusted business technology partner in intelligent transformation.Existing Client Engagement: Enhance trusted client partnerships by exploring opportunities of cross-sell/up-sell. Drive client satisfaction and value through quality delivery, financial discipline, and adoption of emerging data, cloud, and AI innovations.Practice Leadership: Build, lead and grow data and AI practices in collaboration with our strategic partners, driving innovation, solution excellence, and market differentiation. Ramp-up the team as per client demands. Deliver services that stand out in a competitive market, balancing innovation with practical execution.Delivery Excellence: Define and oversee delivery frameworks, governance models, knowledge management and operational excellence initiatives. Provide strategic oversight of solution design and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and timelines. Drive excellence in delivery through proactive risk management, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.Innovation & Market Alignment: Continuously scan the technology and business landscape to identify new opportunities, industry shifts, and partnership potentials. Explore opportunities to offer innovative and differentiated solutions to the clients. Champion internal innovation initiatives to enhance internal competencies, operational efficiency, optimize processes, and accelerate value delivery across the organization. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge internal communication between technical, operational, and business teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding across functions.Coaching: Build and coach a high-performing, cross-functional team while fostering a culture of continuous learning, and excellence. Strategic Risk Management: Provide overall governance and insight into technology and market risks, to enable informed decision-making.Pre-requisites:You will be a strong fit for this role and will be invited for a conversation only if you bring the following skills:Hands-on technical expertise in Data & AI solutions/services, preferably with certifications with Dataiku, AWS, Denodo, Databricks, Snowflake platforms.Deep domain knowledge in the BFSI industries.Demonstrated experience in pre-sales solutioning & support, and post-sales delivery to delight clients, within a Data AI services organisation.Successful track record of 15-20 years, to perform the above responsibilities.Business & commercial acumen is a must.Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving technology landscape, navigate uncertainty, and lead effectively in ambiguous situations.
